Delicious and fresh cooking in what owner and chef Jesus Ramiro describes as "New Creole" cuisine. Dishes include Fresh Haddock Baby Eels "Bilbaina Style", Sea Bass with Tomatoes and Vegetables Vinaigrette and Charcoal Grilled Black Angus Sirloin with Mushrooms in Aromatic White Truffle Olive and Coriander. Reservations are recommended.
