Popular eatery at the Numero Uno Guesthouse

One of the islands most well known restaurants, Pamela's puts an emphasis on local ingredients and has a menu with a unique Puerto Rican flair. The menu includes such Caribbean-nouveau dishes as spicy jalapeno-ginger shrimp, Jamaican-style roast loin of pork and turkey soup with corn and aji sauce. Beach front seating is available, and reservations are suggested.

Great twist on local cuisine

Hit Pamela's between peak hours, but great ambiance, beach view, and menu. Food was several notches above the three other local cuisine restaurants I have visited this trip. It's well worth going out of your way. Exceptional food!

Low key and great food on the beach

Pamela's is located in Ocean Park, a quiet neighborhood east of Condado. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Lunch on the beach is a treat.
