  Very friendly bartender and nice people to talk too. Drinks are cheap for sure! You sit inside or outdoor and enjoy a nice breeze by the beach.

  friendly place in the heart of santurce - friendly gogo dancers - good drinks - seem to start the night here and often leave when the crowd remains small and often mainly tourist. Always begin there not sure why.

  Went on a Monday Evening
  Most of the dancers were from Scandalo the night before. The same thing as Scandalo. The dancers grind up on you in their underwear. It's quite dead on a Monday night and there are more dancers than there are visitors. Some ask if you want a private with them. The drinks here are quite cheap and they pour strong drinks similar to what we are used to in San Francisco. The dancers change into streetwear because it's so slow, but nonetheless talk to you. Everyone was quite friendly.

  Great place to start your night
  I went with a coworker . We arrived around 9 and had drinks and sat outside in front of the bar. It was quite but by 10 things really picked up. There were 3 strippers. 1 muscle hunk, 1 twink, and 1 tatted hipster. All were very nice and worked the room. Was so much fun. Our drinks came in small cups but were good and strong. I was told Monday nights are very busy with the only really slow night being Tuesday. I will def go back again.

  the original owner will be reopening soon with a new name. CAN'T wait as this was my favorite bar before " Splash"

  It's a hole in the wall
  I didn't like it. It was a hole in the wall. Poor drinks, but friendly bartenders. Long gone are the Heyday of the Atlantic Beach Hotel, which has been beautifully renovated. This bar give nothing entertaining. Go with a friend to make it bearable. Its quite cliquish.

  Charming Bar
  Nice, small bar. Currently visiting Condado from Memphis. Reasonably priced drinks. Tia the owner is a sweetheart. Alan the bartender is so nice and quite cute. Have had a good time here this week!

  Love this place. From Miami Florida and I would so recommend this place. Staff and owner are super friendly and amazing. Great drinks and food. Would definitely come back to San Juan just to come here!!

  Great place to grab a few drinks. Great mix of music and people (visitors and locals). Walking distance from the hotels located in Condado.

  Great times in San juan
  We spent a few weeks in the ritz carlton but found our nights at splash to be the highlights. Great bartenders that free pour and provide great value friendly and with a smile. The music DJ and lesbian owner was great perfect tunes each night. Gay boys pack the bar every night around 9 to midnight and a bit later on Fridays and Saturdays where it is packed till 2 or 3 am. Young older all mix well and have fun. Very safe and great atmosphere. Tell Allen the young bartender Chris and Scott from Cali sent you for a special treat. The owner allows staff to provide sampler shots and is great. My favorite bar in many years.

  don't waste your time going on weekends.
  Splash is a great little upscale bar with great music and a friendly bartender. However don't waste your time going there on weekends. The doorman always said the club is closed on weekends for private party's. I found Circo to be fun with a nice crowd.

  Splash is a chic little neighborhood bar steps to the beach. A very friendly crowd that attracts well-dressed locals and tourists alike. Sunday T dances are hot! for updated information on gay San Juan, go to http://thenakedisland.com As far as the above comment about Splash being closed for "private parties", incorrect. Splash is very busy on weekends and packed after 11 pm. Since it is the only actual "gay" bar in Condado, many of the well-heeled locals of Condado and Ocean Park prefer this bar on weekends.

  One of the best gay BARS in the Condado Beach Area! The most gracious staff and a hostess who goes beyond the word beautiful to make her guests feel welcome! Do not miss the Splash Bar !!! We cannot wait to go back !!

  Small, intimate, chill place
  This is a newer place which is a few buildings in from the beach. They have a limited food menu, an indoor area and a large outdoor patio for smokers or those who want an aire libre experience. The decor is pleasant, and the patrons seemed friendly. I would recommend it either before clubbing, or just for a relaxed time to hang out.

  this place sucks
  readsucks read all the reviews and walked across town to check it out - about 10 people inside, not too busy, but neither of the two bartenders even acknowledged me. sat at the bar for about 10 minutes - they served a young local who came in after me - like I was invisible - walked out and watched them to see if they'd react and they didn't even look at me!
