Nice place
Was very pleased to see the updates. Heard some neg reviews, but really enjoyed my visit. Love the services from Juan, Miguel and Armando. The staff treated me like a queen.
Pretty bar
Pretty bar not very crowded changing and updating nice happy hour 5 to 9
The place was quite but the service was great. Beyond my expectations.
I was told this beach bar was always packed. This was not the case when I visited. Sept5th-10th. However The drinks were great. On the weekends their beach welcomed everyone guest or not. Hector and A-Rod were very pleaseant and helpful. I met a lot of people from all over the world. I had great drinks and great conversation. It will probably pick up after Oct. Just went at a very slow time. they have done a very impressive remodeling project. They are getting ready to open up a trendy bar and offer food service as well. My friend had an ocean view room. It was well appointed and bright and inviting.

I WENT TO SLEEP WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN BECAUSE I WAS FREEZING U CANT CONTROL THE AC FROM UR ROOM I CALL THE FRONT DESK AND THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN THE WINDOWN IT WAS KIND OF NICE GOINT TO SLEEP WITH THE SOUNDS OF THE WAVES BUT U HEAR LOAD PEOPLE AT THE BAR. YOU HEAR PEOPLE OPENING AND CLOSING OTHER DOORS, U HEAR THE HOUSEKEEPING LADYS TALKING IN THE MORNING, STAFF VERY OLD AND NOT FRIENDLY. CHECK OUT AT 12 MEANING BEFORE 12 U B OUT I WENT TO CHECK OTHER HOTELS AND I RECEIVE A CALL AT 1210PM THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL OR I WAS GONNA BE CHARGED ANOTHER NITE, SO I WENT BACK TO WHERE I WAS THE RADISSON AMBASSADOR. ATLANNTIC IS NICE ONLY FOR A DRINK OR THE BEACH
A shame!
In the last 12 years this hotel and bar have sunk so low... Back in the day (up till 1999) it was a pleasure to go, enjoy of drinks, nice drag queens show, high and low tea, you always make new friends both locals and tourist. The administration have neglected it's patrons and the property itself. I only hang out in the beach in front of the hotel, as still it's a gay spot but don't go to hotel anymore.
